Panic Attacks and Allergies

Why would anyone go to a chiropractor to alleviate allergy symptoms? That certainly seemed far-fetched to me, but a couple of friends had had success in doing just that. So I became a patient of Dr. Zembroski’s. I am happy to say I am much improved and need not consider the drastic and impossible changes in lifestyle insisted by conventional medical allergists. Nose drops, sprays, inhalants, injections, and over-the-counter antihistamines are in the past. But there are perks that have opened up a whole new world, a whole new life to this senior citizen.

For many years I had suffered from chronic panic attacks, with increased frequency in recent years. As the allergies got worse, so did the panic attacks. They happened at night and even in broad daylight, usually when I was alone. It often happened while driving the car. I was becoming crippled. There were calls to the family doctor, and visits to her office, and to the emergency room of the local hospital. Palms were sweating…I was sure I was dying. I was afraid and not sure of what.

After working with Dr. Z, things changed. At first, I wasn’t sure what was so different in my life. I knew that I had experienced a heightened sense of smell and taste and life seemed better. Yes, the allergy attacks were not so intense, and my arthritic aches and pains had disappeared. But there was something else. I felt more optimistic and secure for some reason. I could not put my finger on this source of a "more alive," "I’m okay" feeling. And then, it dawned on me. My panic attacks had gone. I wasn’t afraid anymore. When I shared this information with Dr. Zemborski, he helped me to see that chiropractic neurology treatment and protocol was responsible for putting panic attacks at bay. Thanks Dr. Z, even an elder citizen like myself can start a new life!
